  We just suffered a death in the family and Foothill Mortuary took advantage of us and added high dollar charges for taking the body. We had paid for a contract with them a few years back, which guaranteed that everything was paid for including removal of the body. They are now refusing to cremate the body until we pay the extra charge (almost $300) that was NOT under contract + wanting to charge $75/day refrigeration until we pay the extra to manipulate us. The body removal cost was already paid. Don't let them take advantage of you. They are conniving and deserve to be put out of business. So sad they rip off grieving people who have enough pain to endure at this difficult time.

  Devon at Foothill Cremation was very personable and sensitive ! He understood what I needed and was honest refunding unnecessary fee that was added before I even questioned it. They want to really help you however they can. I would recommend their service to anyone who just wants cremation and whatever basic needs.

  Foothill Cremation was a good choice for my family. We chose to have a simple cremation and they made the process easy and affordable. They offered to even help us with the death certificates but we found it just as easy to retrieve them ourselves.
